The services we offer to our clients are:

Key Contract:
this means we hold a key for the customer's property at our office, ensuring that if there is an emergency there is always a key at the office.

Service Contract:
for this we go to the property on a regular basis, flush the toilets, run water down all sinks to prevent drains smelling. We also check the security of all windows and doors. We have found that this helps assists in the security of the property.

On both of these contracts we can rent your property out if required.
